We do not put content in front of a farmer until we know it is sound, trustworthy, and built to measure. That is not caution. That is how you earn the right to scale.
We read the literature. We challenge it. We find out what has actually worked for smallholder farmers in Nepal and build from there.
We map the field before we enter it. Universities, cooperatives, extension workers, farmer groups. We find out who is already trusted before we decide who to work with.
When does the right piece of advice actually change what a farmer does?
Short videos and guides that show farmers what to do, when to do it, and why.
How will we know it works? We decide what to measure before the pilot starts.
Did it work? Farmers earn more per acre. Was it worth it? The gain outweighs cost.
